The disclosures at website footer are good and comprehensive, but, a further disclosure statement presented under ‘Finance Calculator’ will also need amending, implies dealer is directly authorised by FCA, whereas footer is correct stating their AR status under Automotive Compliance (see screen shot below). In relation to prominence this is the one more likely to be viewed.

On selecting ‘Apply for Finance’ under the Terms & Conditions, the name ‘Dylan Williams’ is showing rather than the company name.
